In the UKE, one 2 x 8 weeks makes a station and once a week ZNA. The students are divided on the first day, sure you get at least a request Department. Cardio (H6A): Very nice team of care up to the OAU, relaxed time. Are therefore you must remove an MFA, little blood and at entrances (where recordings). If you want you can take care of their own patients. If you want to you can at any time in the cardiac catheterization lab/echo/EPU. Patients are compared to other stations more older and sicker, this one has even a little something from other areas, mostly Nephro. Overall very much recommended. Pulmo (C3B): Unfortunately not quite so cool care, doctors but all extremely nice. A very small Department is overall not quite to well organized and we were 2 lesion with 2 Famulaten, that was way too much. Is also a MFA, that but like to deport blood on students, because you have to watch a little bit. Who wants to can go in the Bronchoscopy or Konsildienst, which is quite interesting. No bad station to a quiet ball to push the learning effect so-so, very very particular (almost only PAH and lung cancer, some COPD) Lessons are available at the UKE 4 x week, unfortunately with a strong focus on Onko/radiotherapy. The other subjects has only as teaching business, but every week 45 min Strahlentherpaie, which rather rubbish. The "clinical reasoning" course is really good and interesting.
