Application: Normal allocation of the Charité
Food was free. There were also changing. I was four months there half a. I was 4 weeks on trauma surgery and general surgery 4. The others who were there longer, are more spinning, in the vascular surgery and so on, or were partly just longer on the respective stations. I think, two or four a total of 16 weeks were allowed to choose that which, on which station they wanted, and the rest of the time was allocated. The emergency surgery was actually okay. Everyone was divided into the emergency room for two weeks. There, it was very nice, ... Continue reading...

Application: Normal allocation by Charité
Food was free. It was changing. Work start 7:45 I was four months in the St. Gertrauden half a. I was 4 weeks on trauma surgery and general surgery 4. The others who were there longer, are more spinning, in the vascular surgery and so on, or were sometimes longer on the respective station. For a couple of weeks of the Tertials, they were would probably, on which station they wanted. The rest of the time was allocated. The general surgery was unfortunately terrible. I can only hope that there anything changes. We were not and null in the operating ... Continue reading...

Designed as a very changeable and the constant rotate the TERTIAL himself on the other stations/applications came it never actually to boredom or monotony and the 4 months evaporated like in flight. The doctors as a whole were very friendly, open-minded and dedicated to explain something to a and by the young team we felt belongs after a certain time. The attendings of course are on a completely different level want to... have to do little more with the students. The chief physician is extremely friendly, always open for discussions and explains a lot for visits. You have once a ... Continue reading...

That was a super Tertia. I learned a lot and had a great time. It rotates by default on the stations gastro, Angio, first aid, cardiology, geriatrics and can take there anywhere else. The doctors are really very nice and want to bring in something, the boss is very nice too and the physicians as well. I found very pleasant contact with the care and got me for the most part very well with them. All in all: I would very gladly there remained! Continue reading...

Application: About Charité.
A very nice four months where I really learned a lot. Have respect for the surgery four months quite, because I had never previously chir in one. Specialist I famuliert. Was but not dramatic, it was in the OP never pimped, if something worked out not so super. There is a more or less fixed rotation schedule in the Gertrauden. This is why rating according to fields of study: Neurosurgery: Very nice team. Assistant to the vertebral column possible and desired. At the head is it logically only watch what is actually very interesting. You can see too much, because ... Continue reading...

This four months in my elective ENT was really great and is to recommend anyone who has an interest in the Ent. Generally, it is striking that the tone in the House is very friendly, in contact with the sisters, as well as in the operating room. The interns have warmly welcomed me, answered all questions and also a lot of responsibility make let me, without that I would have felt but overwhelmed, because I always knew that I can come at any time with questions / problems to them. The end of the day: the day starts at 7:30 ... Continue reading...

In the surgery much is rotated, what I found initially well, because I thought that you can get an insight into all areas. In hindsight I would have been better on 2 stations for 8 weeks each, so that you can be included in the station everyday and can take on more responsibility. I think the stations resemble. You can but share learning with other PJ. To the individual stations: Neurosurgery 2 weeks: nice team, you can in the Office hours in the operating room, in the emergency room, take pictures with, go with the business. Everything quite flexible, you ... Continue reading...

Application: About the PJ Office of the Charité
In the 16 weeks of our inner Tertials, there was a fixed rotation plan for all PJ-ler. 4 weeks gastro, 4 weeks of cardio, 2 weeks recovery point, 4 weeks Geri and 2 weeks of Angiò (the first time was this, because we were so many). This should be seen actually each station for itself, since there were significant differences. By far the best I liked at the rescue site and in geriatrics. Super cool and mostly young team, was allowed to make you incredibly much myself, it was taught a lot. At the rescue site, I have always my ... Continue reading...

Application: About the PJ Office
Super four months for my elective anesthesia. I had played previously with anesthesia on the hat and never a clinical elective or similar in this subject, therefore so have 0 experience and skills. After 3.5 months PJ in the Department I learned so much and me so the subject can inspire that I will likely make anesthesia :) A great advantage of the House is the huge operating range (which I never would have expected for such a small house): there's a neurosurgery, eye, ENT, GYN, General visceral-, accident - and vascular surgery. A total of 11 operating rooms (where ... Continue reading...

Application: about Charité procurement office - first wish elective
My PJ TERTIAL best by far! As a student of the Charité, I completed my PJ four months at the eye clinic of the St.Gertrauden hospital from December 2013 until April 2014. Lesion of St. Gertrauden Ophthalmology Hospital offers many activities and opportunities to meet the Department of ophthalmology. The Department is super equipped and State-of-the-art. Thanks to an incredibly nice doctors and care teams, which stood for questions, the working atmosphere was always pleasant. The eye clinic is composed of outpatient clinic (polyclinic) and station together, between which lesion may rotate according to requests and needs. Go through the ... Continue reading...
