My conclusion to the PJ in the Interior in Alzey: Super nice and young team. It is the same from the first day included. It is very rare that one time just next to it is, usually you can tackle yourself with: -Patients in the emergency room completely on your own record, then imagine the doctor -Carrying out of abdomen ultrasonography and B-scans at V.a. TVT -Blood (there is actually a blood collection service, nevertheless it has unfortunately often happened that one time well half of the day with BEs was engaged - small shortcoming. On the other hand I ... Continue reading...

I've spent the last four months in practice Dr. Pett, belonging to the DRK hospital Alzey. Summed up: it was a super four months! In total, 4 doctors are part of the practice. All medical side, as well as other staff, are very guessing value and always totally nice. I spent half of the time in practice, the other half on home visits. Both, I have investigated more patients with or alone made the preliminary investigations and then presented the respective doctor what I have raised, and then explains how my way forward would be. The service then is 1:1. ... Continue reading...

Very pleasant four months in anaesthesia... In Alzey, there is a 1:1 in the anesthesia-care by specialists. You don't fight with other interns to specific interventions. One learns to intubate, needles, independently under supervision to lead anesthesia, etc. Lunch was possible every day, there was nothing to pay for this, there was a food card from home that you had to pick up at the beginning of each month. In addition, there was compensation€ 300. The friendly deal with the surgical care is much to praise... Just at the University Clinic I have need to experience quite different... In any ... A very good four months in general practice. The team in practice (Dr. Pett) is very friendly and appreciative with me gone to. Has been much told me, questions were addressed. I was in home visits, especially for patients in palliative situation, every day. It has the ability to examine independent patients and handle and is facilitated by one of the doctors then. As only small minus point is to name a few, that is the proportion of time in which you have a separate room available relatively small. You get to act practically enough opportunities and to engage if ... Continue reading...

I can only recommend the General Medicine and Alzey, one is viewed as a colleague and may work independently under the Super version, has its own patient and even mostly its own treatment room. Both in Alzey in the hospital as well as in practice, all are very nice and super absorbed. Preferably I would have started directly in practice to work, but there's still the assistantship missing :-)! I can only recommend it. The general practitioner is really fun! Continue reading...

Alzey is a nice manageable hospital, perfect for the PJ, since it is absorbed quickly and welcome from all. You can make a lot and is called interesting investigations always included, even to watch or join in. I can only recommend Alzey. It held lessons regularly and all are eager to teach the students something. Usually there is also a blood collection service, which not always works, but it will ensure that the blood is not overwhelming, the wizard also always happy to help. Also the attendings are to teach the student to something totally interested. Alzey was a very ... Continue reading...

Very good reception in the entire medical team, in which you soon mate and not merely as "PJ ´ ler" was seen. Who is interested in the expert, is very encouraged and can perform many investigations (Ecography, Gastroskopien & Coloskopien under supervision). Basically, there's a blood collection service, which does much of the blood. This is unfortunately not always occupied. During the Tertials the function Department to rotate on the Geriatrics & the palliative Ward possibility. Who a PJ-in wants to make a home with cardiac catheterization/endoscopic ultrasonography and highly specialised/university medicine is definitely not right here. All others get ... Small team with very friendly contact between doctors and care. Supervising doctors are all specialists and interested in their knowledge to pass on. You will have an opportunity after the induction phase many tasks independently to take over, leading to a steep learning curve. Because ICU does not anaesthisiologisch, it is possible for two weeks on the Ant-int of the Mainz University Clinic to observe. The KH-Alzey is a House of the rule & basic services, here perform therefore usually no extended operations, but anyone who has interest to learn the basic skills of anaesthesia and in a really good ... Highly recommended... You can fully absorb patients, and if necessary further care on station, and dismissed. In the function, we are likely to do a lot. including ultrasound, punctures, sometimes endoscopy... and ever after what was, you should join. 1 to 1 support is small wait, but intense. On station I could take care of their own rooms, even when I was in the function I should further support. There is always a contact person who can help. Nursing staff SUPER nice. O physicians & Chief are to show what ever ready and clarify... and if you show interest, it ... Continue reading...
